(NYSE:GEV) and Harbin Electric today announced that Chinese state-owned power utility Shenzhen Energy Group Corporation Co., Ltd. ‘s Guangming power plant has achieved the start of operation in Shenzhen Guangming, a district of Guangdong province in China.
