I put them into service the summer of 2021 and they worked flawlessly until very recently where I started to have issues with one of the BMS. If that situation exists, I doubt the JBD BMS sold by Overkill Solar will have enough balance current to correct the issue. re-doing the top balance or bleeding off that high cell with a resistor might be a better option. As others have stated, there can be risk that you will cause the pack to become unbalanced if balancing during discharge
